Vice President of Projects

Role Overview

This position is for a seasoned project leader who can own a portfolio of initiatives, guide execution end to end, and help scale delivery practices across the organization. The role focuses on tightening collaboration across teams, setting clear project management standards, and ensuring strong business outcomes as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the long-range direction and governance structure for major company initiatives.
• Review current project delivery approaches and introduce proven methods that improve speed and consistency.
• Bring technology, product, and operations functions into alignment around shared business goals.
• Spot delivery risks early, manage interdependencies, and put practical mitigation plans in place.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading large, complex project portfolios or cross-functional programs.
• Strong leadership presence, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with stakeholders in a remote setting.
• Hands-on familiarity with common delivery frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, or traditional PMP-based practices.
