Job Overview

The Venue Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring the flawless functionality and support of audiovisual (AV) equipment within the venue premises. This includes conducting thorough daily inspections to confirm all AV devices are in excellent working order prior to official business hours and coordinating maintenance if necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine pre-opening checks on all AV equipment to guarantee operational readiness.
• Identify and resolve AV technical issues promptly to maintain superior performance during meetings and events.
• Provide expert technical assistance throughout live events to deliver smooth and uninterrupted audiovisual experiences.
