Currently, the company is expanding its Grocery division in Qatar and is seeking a Vendor Operations Specialist to help establish a top-tier marketplace through operational excellence, effective partner management, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor operations with responsibilities such as updating product catalogs, pricing strategies, promotions, and managing product launches.
• Serve as the chief operational liaison between vendors and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication, resolving issues, and enhancing overall vendor performance.
• Assist with onboarding new vendors, providing training, and offering daily operational support to ensure alignment with Keeta’s systems and standards.
• Facilitate vendor understanding of operational protocols including service level agreements (SLAs) and platform functionalities.
• Manage the coordination of in-application promotional campaigns and marketing activities in partnership with vendors, ensuring quality execution and adherence to brand guidelines by collaborating closely with Marketing and Design teams.
• Continuously track and analyze operational key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product availability, inventory levels, and vendor effectiveness.
• Identify areas for process improvements by employing data analysis and leveraging artificial intelligence tools to optimize reporting, detect trends, and boost operational efficiencies.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of two years’ experience in marketplace operations, vendor or merchant management, or e-commerce environments.
• Proven skills in managing vendor relationships within delivery services, retail, or marketplace settings.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of monitoring KPIs and implementing operational enhancements.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills accompanied by meticulous attention to detail and organizational prowess.
• Adept at performing effectively under fast-paced and evolving business conditions.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
• Experience with AI-driven productivity and data analysis tools is considered beneficial.
