Role Overview

We seek a skilled UX Writer to enhance our Product Design Team within the Product and Infrastructure department. This role is tasked with crafting scalable, high-quality UI content, ensuring that all user interactions within the Nebius Console are clear, cohesive, and user-focused.

Responsibilities

Create and update user interface copy in the Nebius Console to enhance user experience and maintain alignment with product documentation.
Offer alternative textual solutions for UI elements based on different design proposals.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to support product development projects.
Establish, document, and evolve voice and tone standards; develop and implement content patterns within the design system framework.
Translate complicated technical concepts into simple, actionable language that users can easily understand.
Perform thorough content audits on current interfaces to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
Engage actively within the Product Design Team, contributing to ongoing processes and activities.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience specializing in UX writing or content design.
Strong ability to conceptualize product design as interconnected user experiences and scenarios.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Understanding of cloud computing technologies including virtual machines, containers, Kubernetes, storage, and networking, as well as machine learning and AI workflows such as training, inference, and fine-tuning.
Competence using Figma software.
A demonstrated portfolio presenting genuine interface cases with before-and-after examples and clear reasoning behind the decisions.
A deep grasp of fundamental UX concepts such as user flows, exceptional cases, different interface states, and system feedback mechanisms.

Preferred Additional Experience

Background in technical writing.
Experience utilizing AI-assisted plugins within Figma or similar tools to streamline content creation processes.
Ability to review and occasionally amend user interface text directly within the codebase as needed.
