About the Role

Acro HR Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Lead Generator skilled in the US Public, Federal, Government, or SLED staffing sectors to join their expanding team. This role is based in Noida and requires working onsite.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential business prospects within the US staffing market focusing on public, federal, government, or SLED sectors.
• Develop and maintain targeted lead lists through effective account research and data validation.
• Manage and update customer relationship management systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, to support business growth initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience ranging from 1 to 5 years in US staffing, particularly with public/federal/government or SLED clients.
• Demonstrated skill in lead generation and B2B research and prospecting techniques.
• Proficient in CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to perform detailed research.

Additional Information

• Location: Noida 68, on-site.
• Work Schedule: Five days a week.
• Shift Timings: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM.
