Role Overview
Joining us as an Underwriting Analyst means becoming part of a growing enterprise where you will contribute significantly and have ample opportunities for career growth. You will engage directly with the underwriting process by managing loan documentation and gaining practical exposure to bridge, construction, and DSCR loans. Your involvement will span from loan application stages through to closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate borrower financial information, collateral, and transaction risks to create precise, data-informed credit evaluations.
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to ensure underwriting aligns with client objectives and strategic deal-making.
- Engage with borrowers, brokers, attorneys, and vendors to resolve outstanding loan conditions.
- Compile loan summaries and underwriting documentation for internal review purposes.
- Provide assistance to senior underwriters in handling bridge, construction, and DSCR loan requests.
- Contribute to business plan development by conducting detailed market and competitor research and analysis.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience range from 0 to 2 years preferred, particularly in commercial real estate, banking, underwriting, or financial analysis.
- Strong skills in analysis and organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Compensation
Salman Capital Funding provides a competitive base salary along with performance bonuses. Final salary details will depend on candidate qualifications at the time of hiring.
