About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Dialer Manager to lead our outbound and inbound dialer operations within our UK BPO division. This position involves overseeing dialer platforms and campaign performance optimization to ensure effective connectivity and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dialer system activities including campaign setup, pacing, and ongoing monitoring.
- Prepare, clean, and segment contact lists to enhance contact rates and maintain data compliance.
- Track live campaigns, collaborate with Operations and Team Leads to adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Compile detailed reports on performance indicators such as connect rates, drop rates, and agent wait times on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
- Resolve basic dialer issues and liaise with technical support when necessary.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- More than two years of experience managing dialer solutions like Vicidial, Genesys, or Five9 within a BPO setting.
- Deep understanding of outbound dialing performance metrics and UK data compliance standards, including GDPR.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets to handle data operations and generate reports.
- Capability to promptly make informed data-based decisions in a pressure environment.
- Calm demeanor and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Additional Role Specifications
- Fluency in English and Telugu is required; knowledge of Hindi is advantageous.
- This is an on-site role located in Anantapuramu, Andhra Pradesh; remote work is not available.
- Must be willing to work UK shift hours (details provided during interview).
