About the Role

Join a Dubai-based Destination Management Company as a Travel Consultant, responsible for crafting exceptional travel experiences. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of UAE tourism, outstanding client interaction skills, and expertise in designing tailored travel plans for leisure, corporate, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with both international and regional customers to grasp their travel objectives, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Create personalized itineraries incorporating Dubai's premier attractions, luxury accommodations, cultural highlights, and desert excursions.
• Arrange bookings for flights, hotels, ground transfers, tours, and event coordination.
• Provide guidance on visa processes, travel insurance needs, and pertinent local regulations.
• Collaborate with local service partners including hotels, transportation, and tour operators to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage any unforeseen changes such as cancellations or emergency situations professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain comprehensive client profiles and preferences to foster client retention and repeated engagement.
• Represent the company at travel exhibitions, fairs, and networking functions to market Dubai as a desirable travel destination.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working as a Travel Consultant or within a Destination Management Company setting, ideally focused on the UAE market.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's tourism sector including luxury services and cultural attractions.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities coupled with effective negotiation skills.
• Relevant educational background or certification in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality is preferred.
