Role overview

This position involves state-wide travel to engage with colleges and junior colleges, deliver academic outreach activities, and represent the organization in a professional manner during institutional interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Travel regularly across the assigned state to visit colleges and junior colleges.
• Deliver guest lectures, seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions for students.
• Introduce and promote the organization’s academic programs and build awareness among students and educational institutions.
• Develop and nurture strong working relationships with Principals, Directors, Heads of Departments, Placement Officers, and faculty members.
• Represent the organization professionally at institutional visits, seminars, education fairs, and academic events.
• Coordinate with colleges for academic engagement initiatives and potential future partnerships.
• Keep accurate daily visit logs and maintain records of institutional interactions.
• Work toward the assigned outreach and engagement goals.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly stipend/salary in the range of INR 30,000 to INR 45,000.

Location

Pune, Maharashtra, India. The job requires extensive travel within the assigned state.
