Role Summary
The Counter Intrusion Trainer will support Anduril's Counter Intrusion division by developing and executing technical training programs tailored to Middle East military users. This position involves becoming a product expert for CUAS systems, delivering instruction in varying environments including potentially hazardous zones, and facilitating product adoption by understanding user needs and challenges. Collaboration across internal teams is essential to ensure a comprehensive customer experience. The role requires ownership of training content and projects that significantly influence program outcomes in a rapidly expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed technical training customized for military personnel in the Middle East.
- Organize and present New Equipment Training and Train the Trainer sessions to ensure operators and maintenance staff are fully competent in system use.
- Deliver presentations and practical, hands-on instruction at customer locations, hazardous areas, and test sites.
- Design realistic simulated training scenarios aligned to mission-specific requirements.
- Create and maintain technical training materials focusing on Air Defense systems.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to translate system capabilities into educational content and course objectives.
- Develop comprehensive training curricula using diverse platforms such as in-person sessions, computer-based modules, and simulations.
- Keep training documentation current with new feature releases and system updates.
- Manage training content repositories and oversee version control processes.
- Work closely with multiple internal departments to update training and capture user feedback.
- Represent customer perspectives by identifying system challenges and informing product development.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering technical training within the Middle East for international customers.
- Expertise in planning, designing, and conducting technical instruction programs.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including visits to hazardous areas for extended periods.
- Eligibility to obtain and retain a US Secret security clearance.

- Strong ownership mindset and proactive management of workloads.
- Adaptive and creative communicator, effective across diverse audiences and formats.
- Skill in collaborating and influencing in cross-functional, non-hierarchical environments.
- Passion for advancing military capabilities with innovative technology.
- Familiarity with Counter-Unmanned Aerial System (CUAS) principles and Air Defense technologies including autonomous platforms, command and control systems, and electronic warfare.
- Hands-on experience with deploying, integrating, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems.
- Certification or experience in testing and validating radio frequency (RF) systems.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Arabic language.
