Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Support and engage in the complete US staffing and recruiting lifecycle, including gathering requirements, candidate sourcing, screening, submission, and follow-up.
• Communicate with and recruit US Citizens, Green Card holders, and foreign nationals for Infinite's clientele.
• Conduct phone screenings, performing pre-qualifying assessments, and recommend candidates based on location, role, and organizational fit.
• Innovate and establish new recruitment channels to maintain a steady pipeline of candidates.
• Research and familiarize with technology and business terminologies applicable to recruitment.
• Source resumes using various portals, databases, employee referrals, networking, and headhunting techniques.
• Maintain and update the existing candidate database through an Applicant Tracking System.
• Create brand visibility and awareness for the organization.
• Manage job postings on different job portals by uploading, monitoring, and updating them regularly.
• Develop and execute Boolean search queries on popular job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder to identify ideal candidates.
