ملازمت کی تفصیل

Role overview

Yum! Brands is hiring a Total Rewards Analyst to help run and improve compensation and benefits programs, with the main focus on the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. The role sits within the Global Total Rewards Center of Excellence and combines day-to-day delivery, data analysis, and involvement in improvement projects.

You will play a key part in keeping compensation and benefits practices competitive, compliant, and aligned with changing regulatory expectations, including EU Pay Transparency initiatives. This is also a strong growth opportunity for someone who wants to build deeper expertise in Total Rewards while supporting well-known global brands such as Yum!, KFC, and Taco Bell.

The position involves close partnership with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and external providers, as well as contribution to country, regional, and global transformation work that is shaping the future of Total Rewards.

Compensation responsibilities

  • Support the annual pay cycle, including salary reviews, bonus administration, and incentive processes.
  • Check, prepare, and analyse compensation data to ensure strong accuracy and governance.
  • Keep salary structures, pay bands, and job information updated in HR systems.
  • Take part in salary survey submissions and market benchmarking activity.
  • Help with job levelling and harmonisation work across different markets.
  • Make sure compensation practices follow local laws and internal policies.
  • Support role levelling activities.

Benefits responsibilities

  • Coordinate benefits administration, support invoicing, and help manage benefits programmes across the UK and Ireland.
  • Assist with benefits cost analysis and reporting.
  • Track alignment with local market practice and regulatory expectations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee questions about benefits.
  • Support benefits induction sessions for new joiners.

Analytics and insights

  • Build reports and dashboards for compensation and benefits data.
  • Analyse rewards data to support decisions and provide workforce insights.
  • Spot trends and turn findings into practical recommendations.
  • Assist with internal and external audits when needed.

Projects and transformation

  • Contribute to global Total Rewards transformation work, including pay transparency readiness, process harmonisation, HRIS and data governance improvements, and standardisation of Total Rewards practices.
  • Support the rollout of new tools, frameworks, and operating models within the COE.

Stakeholder collaboration

  • Work closely with P&C, Payroll, Finance, and global Total Rewards teams.
  • Provide first-line guidance on compensation and benefits topics.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and vendors.

Experience and profile

The role typically calls for 3 to 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR analytics, or HR operations. Experience supporting the UK market is strongly preferred. Exposure to compensation benchmarking and HR data analysis is important, and familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, or similar systems is an advantage. Knowledge of the Darwin Mercer benefits platform and payroll exposure would be helpful. Experience with hourly paid compensation is also preferred.

Skills and working style

You should bring a strong analytical approach, good data literacy, and advanced Excel capability for working with large datasets. Attention to detail, strong organisation, and the ability to manage both operational tasks and project work are essential. The role also calls for a proactive, collaborative approach, strong communication skills in an international setting, and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.

Language requirement

Fluent English is required.

What you will gain

  • Exposure to a global Total Rewards COE.
  • Practical experience with compensation and benefits frameworks and pay transparency regulation.
  • Involvement in transformation and harmonisation projects.
  • A collaborative, multicultural workplace supporting globally recognised brands.
