Role Overview

TCS India is offering a significant opportunity for experienced IT professionals to join as a Test Architect. The position is based in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and Kolkata and requires a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities and Technical Requirements

• Architect and develop scalable, reusable automation frameworks covering UI, API, and integration layers.
• Establish standards for framework design, reporting mechanisms, CI/CD pipeline integration, and test data management.
• Ensure enterprise-grade automation solutions aligned with DevOps and Agile methodologies to drive automation strategy and delivery excellence.
• Steer the automation roadmap, expand coverage, and optimize automation efforts.
• Accelerate release cycles by enabling parallel test execution and seamless integration with deployment pipelines.
• Provide technical governance and ensure high-quality outcomes at scale.
• Leverage AI and Generative AI technologies to transform quality engineering through test case generation, self-healing frameworks, and predictive analytics.
• Create intelligent acceleration tools that enhance productivity and reduce test cycle times.
• Champion adoption of next-generation automation capabilities including AI-powered frameworks and tools.
• Lead quality engineering solution design for RFPs and presales activities by defining automation strategies, cost estimations, and value propositions.
• Develop reusable assets to support proposal success and market differentiation.
• Exhibit technology leadership and innovation in quality engineering and automation.
