Telesales Executive

Job Overview

Sparkbridge Innovations is looking to recruit motivated and goal-driven Telesales Executives to enhance our expanding team. The primary function of this role is to conduct outbound calls to potential clients, present and clarify company offerings, arrange subsequent follow-up calls, and successfully convert prospects into customers.

Primary Duties

• Initiate calls to prospective customers proactively.
• Manage inbound calls by responding accurately and professionally.
• Communicate detailed information about the company's products and services clearly.
• Plan and organize follow-up calls as necessary.
• Keep detailed daily records of calls and maintain updated customer databases.
• Meet and strive to exceed call quotas and sales target conversions.
• Develop and nurture long-lasting positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education: completion of 12th grade or any graduate degree.
• Fresh candidates are welcome; prior experience in telesales or telecalling is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are required in English and/or regional languages.
• Ability to work effectively towards targets and manage customer objections.
• Demonstrates a positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Experience in Stock Market, Advisory, Broking, Telesales, or BPO sectors is mandatory.
• Educational qualifications can include any graduate or postgraduate degree.
• An enthusiastic, positive, and energetic attitude is essential.

Compensation

The offered salary ranges from INR 15,000 to 35,000 per month.
