Telesales Executive (FASTag Process)

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Telesales Executive to manage outbound calls related to FASTag services. This role involves communicating service details, handling queries linked to FASTag activation, recharge, and KYC, and driving sales to meet daily targets. Accuracy in updating customer data and call logs on the system is also essential, along with maintaining professional communication and high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to inform customers about FASTag services.
• Address customer queries concerning FASTag activation, recharge, and KYC requirements.
• Convert interested prospects into sales and consistently achieve daily sales targets.
• Maintain precise records of customer information and call interactions in the system.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education: completion of 12th grade; graduates will be preferred.
• Previous experience in calling or telesales roles is essential.
• Preference given to candidates with knowledge of the FASTag process.
• Proficient Hindi communication skills are necessary.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Maintain a positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
