Telesales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and self-assured Telecaller to become part of our growing team. The role involves engaging with customers via phone calls to introduce and explain our products or services, managing customer inquiries, and consistently meeting calling objectives while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls and managing inbound customer calls attentively.
• Clearly and confidently presenting the company's offerings.
• Following up with prospective customers and leads promptly.
• Recording calls and maintaining precise customer information.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets consistently.
• Collaborating effectively with supervisors and colleagues.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Educational qualification of at least 10+2; graduates are preferred.
• Proficient communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations.
• Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
• Possess a positive mindset and persuasive abilities.

Additional Information

• Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time options available.
• Work Location: Office-based at Delhi-NCR.
• Work Schedule: Six working days per week.
