About the Role
Freshyzo Foods Private Limited is seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The candidate will engage potential clients through calls to promote and schedule product trials, ensuring follow-ups and conversions that meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 40 to 60 warm calls daily to prospective customers.
- Arrange product trial sessions with interested clients.
- Perform follow-ups promptly and convert leads into sales.
- Handle objections from customers with confidence and clarity.
- Communicate updates and coordinate via WhatsApp.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Candidate Profile
- Energetic and results-focused sales professional.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic knowledge of English.
- Prior experience in telesales, EdTech, insurance, or FMCG sectors preferred.
- Strong target orientation with a sales-driven attitude.
- Clear, confident speaking voice with persuasive conversation skills.
