Role Overview
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through outbound calls, aiming to generate and convert leads into sales while providing clear information on company services.
Key Duties
- Conduct outgoing calls to prospective customers to identify sales opportunities.
- Communicate product and service details effectively, addressing customer inquiries.
- Persuade customers to finalize purchases and convert leads into sales.
- Ensure consistent follow-up with interested clients to nurture relationships.
- Log call details and update lead progress within the CRM system.
- Meet or surpass daily and monthly sales objectives assigned.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasive skills are essential.
- Familiarity with sales processes and customer management techniques.
- Access to a laptop and dependable internet connection is required.
- Proficiency in either Telugu or Kannada languages is mandatory.
- Must possess high energy levels, confidence, and a goal-driven attitude.
- Applicants should have at least one year of experience in sales roles.
- Age should be between 23 and 30 years.
