Job Overview

We seek highly motivated Academic Counsellors for our Jodhpur branch to provide expert academic advice and mentorship to students preparing for CLAT and CAT. The counsellor will help students and parents make well-informed decisions about course structures tailored to individual aptitudes and needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Advise students and their guardians on effective strategies, relevant courses, and structured study plans for CLAT and CAT exams.
• Assess students' academic profiles, identifying strengths and weaknesses to provide customized guidance.
• Support in choosing appropriate courses, developing schedules, and monitoring academic progress.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure students remain motivated and perform well.
• Coordinate with faculty and academic teams to resolve students' academic concerns.
• Keep detailed records of students and ensure prompt reporting and documentation.
• Participate actively in seminars, workshops, and orientation sessions to connect with potential students.
• Strive to achieve counseling targets and contribute towards institutional growth.

Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred.
