Telecalling Executive

About the Role

Ray of Hope, based in Swargate, Pune, is looking to hire a dedicated Telecalling Executive. This full-time position involves engaging with donors and supporters to communicate the organization's social welfare initiatives, primarily focused on orphanage and child welfare projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact donors and supporters to share information about social welfare activities.
• Solicit donations specifically for projects aiding orphans and child welfare.
• Maintain ongoing communication and positive relationships with existing donors through follow-ups.
• Respond to donor inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Accurately document call records and donor details.
• Meet established daily targets for calls and follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

• Effective communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
• Fundamental computer proficiency.
• Confident, polite, and clear verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in telecalling or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A genuine passion for social work and child welfare initiatives.
