Telecalling Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, supporting lead follow-ups, and assisting in converting prospects into appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

You will be expected to speak with customers, explain offerings in a clear manner, and keep communication records updated accurately in the CRM or other internal systems.

• Place outbound calls and respond to incoming calls using the provided lead database.
• Follow up with prospects to keep leads engaged and move them through the sales process.
• Describe products and services in a simple, confident, and helpful way.
• Resolve basic customer questions and share relevant information as needed.
• Identify interested prospects and arrange meetings or appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain correct call logs, customer remarks, and follow-up status updates in the system.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly stipend/salary in the range of INR 10,000 to INR 25,000.
