Telecalling Executive

Job Overview

This role involves managing both outgoing and incoming calls to connect with prospective customers and respond to inquiries about products and services. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication and lead conversion.

Primary Duties

• Make outbound calls to potential clients following a set script and manage inbound calls related to products, services, or pricing questions.
• Identify customer needs, present product advantages, and motivate purchases to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of call details, update contact information, and document outcomes using the company’s CRM system.
• Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy, offering appropriate resolutions.
• Arrange and perform follow-up calls for prospects needing additional time and clients requiring ongoing assistance.
