Sk Job Solution is seeking a proactive and self-assured Telecalling Executive to join our team at our office in Zirakpur, Punjab. This position requires making outbound calls to customers, addressing queries, delivering service information, and promoting services while upholding professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound telephonic communication with potential and existing clients
• Attend inbound calls and provide effective solutions to customers' questions
• Describe products and services to generate quality leads
• Maintain detailed logs of calls and customer engagements
• Perform timely follow-ups with interested individuals
• Meet assigned daily and weekly calling targets
• Ensure communication remains courteous and professional at all times

Essential Requirements

• Proficient verbal communication skills in Hindi with basic English abilities
• Fundamental computer literacy
• Capability to persuade and engage customers effectively
• Positive mindset combined with eagerness to learn
• Comfort working within a performance-based, target-oriented environment

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a fixed monthly salary supplemented with performance-based incentives. The salary range is between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000 depending on experience.
