Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Telecalling Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, professionally managing inbound inquiries, and facilitating customer engagements to drive sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inquiries.
• Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and provide precise information.
• Assess customer needs and arrange appointments for further discussions.
• Conduct follow-ups with leads to maximize successful conversions.
• Maintain and update comprehensive customer records and lead statuses within the CRM.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and productivity targets.
• Address customer concerns effectively and offer appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with showroom and field sales teams to ensure seamless customer transition.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience throughout the entire sales interaction.

Additional Information

Salary range for the position is INR 15,000 to INR 40,000 per month, reflecting the expected remuneration for successful candidates.
