Telecalling Executive

Job Overview and Eligibility

This role is specifically open to female candidates aged between 22 and 32 years. The position is part of a channel partner team for leading private banks and NBFCs, focused on loan product telecalling.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through proactive outreach and cold calling.
• Contact potential customers to inform, persuade and sell various loan products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business opportunities.
• Accurately document customer purchase orders and process purchases efficiently.
• Acquire thorough knowledge of product offerings to improve sales effectiveness.
• Forward customer requests or complaints to relevant departments and monitor for resolution.
