Job Responsibilities

• Manage outbound and digital sales calls efficiently.
• Communicate with customers to fully comprehend their needs and requirements.
• Clearly and confidently explain various insurance products to clients.
• Convert potential leads into confirmed sales, benefiting from unlimited incentive opportunities.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Hindi and English communication.
• Good analytical and sales capability.
• Basic understanding of insurance products or prior sales experience is a plus.
• Eligible candidates include Graduates and individuals who have passed HSC.

Working Hours and Leave

• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week
• Fixed weekly off on Sundays
