Job Overview
Dr Positive Health Sciences is seeking a Telecaller for their office located in KPHB, Hyderabad. The role involves handling both incoming and outgoing calls, conducting follow-ups, gathering feedback, and maintaining detailed records of all communications.
Working Hours and Schedule
The position operates from 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM, Monday through Friday with one rotational weekly day off, plus mandatory working on Saturday and Sunday.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must be either graduates or have completed intermediate level education. Both freshers and individuals with experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates currently pursuing their studies are not eligible.
Skills and Languages
Strong verbal communication skills and basic computer literacy are required. Fluency in Telugu and English is necessary for this role.
Compensation
The salary package is up to INR 15,000 per month, with additional attractive incentives ranging between INR 4,000 and INR 6,000.
