Role Overview

The position involves making daily outbound calls focused on hiring candidates, primarily for blue-collar roles such as warehouse workers. The role is target-driven, requiring between 100 to 200 calls each day with the goal of securing 10 to 20 candidate interviews daily. Data for outreach will be supplied by the company.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Completion of 12th grade or higher, including graduates.
• Experience: Prior telecalling experience ranging from 3 to 6 months is preferable but freshers are welcome to apply.

Employment Details

• Location: Office near Phoolbagan Metro Station, Chadni Bose Lane, Library Goli, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
• Working Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM.
• Salary: Between 13,000 and 15,000 INR per month, depending on experience.
• Interview Process: Face-to-face interviews will be conducted.
