Role Overview

The Tele-Recruiter position is a permanent onsite role based in Vijayawada East, responsible for remotely sourcing and screening job candidates. The key tasks include explaining job roles to candidates, organizing interviews with hiring personnel, maintaining candidate databases, and tracking recruitment activities. This role involves active communication with hiring managers to align staffing requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process while observing confidentiality and company policies.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent telephone communication and interpersonal abilities to engage candidates and clearly convey information.
• Basic recruitment competencies including candidate screening, job matching, and interview scheduling.
• Proficiency in office software and familiarity with applicant tracking or CRM systems to maintain organized recruitment records.
• Strong attention to detail, good time management, and the capability to handle multiple recruitment demands efficiently.
• Previous experience in tele-calling, customer service, or recruitment roles, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
• Ability to work onsite in Vijayawada East and collaborate with diverse teams while maintaining confidentiality and ethics.
• A bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in Human Resources, Business, or related disciplines is advantageous.
• Willingness to commit to full-time office hours and achieve set performance and quality goals.
