Job Overview

This role involves making outbound calls to assigned leads, consistently following up and fostering trust with customers by accurately identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products. The principal objective is to sell membership packages over the phone and meet sales targets while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls and regularly follow up on sales leads.
• Develop strong rapport and trust with customers by understanding their requirements and proposing suitable products.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling membership packages telephonically.
• Provide detailed explanations about product features and package usage.
• Encourage customers to upgrade or renew their matrimony packages by addressing their needs.
• Handle customer complaints and grievances effectively to ensure a positive experience.
• Document and communicate insights from customer interactions to internal teams.
• Comply strictly with organizational processes and guidelines.
