Position Overview

We are seeking a Technician in building services to join our team in Augsburg. This is a full-time position with the possibility of working from home. The role involves supporting project managers with consulting and planning projects related to building technology across all HOAI performance phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal planning team activities.
• Prepare performance balances and carry out technical calculations.
• Develop specifications and examine incoming invoices.
• Create and modify CAD drawings.

Candidate Profile

• Professional experience in the HLSK (heating, ventilation, sanitation, and air conditioning) sector.
• In-depth knowledge of HLSK trades.
• Ability to work independently with a structured approach.
• Good IT skills including CAD proficiency.
