  • Adhere to APAC PMO Governance Standards throughout training activities.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • A four-year degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Certification in workplace training and adult education.
  • Prior experience (minimum two years) in technical training roles is essential.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 20000, and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) is preferred.
  • Competence in designing curriculum, instructional methods for individuals and groups, and tools for measuring training effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to develop, deliver, and test training solutions tailored to identified needs using best practices.
  • Skill in interpreting technical/system specifications to create training content.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and SharePoint.
  • Experience working in project environments delivering complex technical systems, particularly those involving integrated software and hardware.
  • Industry knowledge related to transportation, automated fare collection systems, or banking/financial sectors is highly advantageous.
