About the Role
Ignites Human Capital Services Pvt Ltd presents an opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist in the gaming sector based in Hyderabad. This position involves delivering high-quality, non-voice technical support to gaming customers, primarily through phone, email, and chat communications. Responsibilities span troubleshooting, billing support, customer education, and comprehensive ticket management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide reliable technical assistance to customers by phone, email, or chat, addressing software and hardware issues promptly.
- Handle billing inquiries including payment processing, refunds, managing subscriptions, and resolve related discrepancies.
- Educate users on gaming product features, subscription plans, and help navigate troubleshooting methods.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and manage support tickets effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex technical challenges and customer complaints.
- Meet or exceed organizational benchmarks concerning customer support quality and productivity.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
- Applicants must possess a graduate degree.
- Strong communication skills required to effectively engage with international customers.
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving with keen attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to work rotational and night shifts as per requirement.
- Minimum experience required: 1+ years with commensurate salary expectations; candidates with 2+ years may have higher salary prospects.
Compensation and Additional Information
The remuneration package ranges from ₹200,000 to ₹600,000 annually for candidates with at least one year of relevant experience, with possibilities up to ₹800,000 for those holding two or more years. Immediate joiners are preferred, and no notice period is required.
