Technical Sourcing Specialist - Cybersecurity

Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Technical Sourcing Specialist with expertise in identifying and engaging top-tier talent in the Information Security and Cybersecurity fields. This position focuses solely on sourcing and developing a talent pipeline without managing stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to identify cybersecurity professionals using various platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and job boards.
• Establish and sustain a strong candidate pipeline for positions including Security Analysts, SOC Engineers, Penetration Testers, Security Architects, GRC Specialists, and Cloud Security Engineers.
• Utilize advanced sourcing methodologies like Boolean search, X-ray search, and competitive intelligence to locate suitable candidates.
• Perform initial candidate outreach and screening to evaluate interest and basic qualifications.
• Keep candidate information and sourcing metrics up to date within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Stay informed about the latest trends, certifications, and technologies relevant to cybersecurity recruitment.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to transition qualified candidates for further assessment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of two years’ experience in technical sourcing with a strong emphasis on Information Security and Cybersecurity roles.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and certifications like CISSP, CEH, and OSCP.
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities to find specialized talent.
• Excellent written communication skills to engage candidates effectively.
• Capability to manage multiple sourcing assignments concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing for international cybersecurity teams.
• Background working in environments with high-volume sourcing demands.
• Technical knowledge or cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
