About the Role
DR SYSTEMS is looking for a technically capable and customer-oriented specialist to support its worldwide sales activities for advanced digital industrial radiography solutions used in non-destructive testing (NDT). This position is designed for someone who can act as the technical link between clients, distributors, partners, and internal teams while the company expands in global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist sales activities across international regions by advising clients, distributors, and partners on digital radiography products.
- Conduct product demos, deliver presentations, and provide training both remotely and at customer sites.
- Convert customer needs into suitable technical solutions and prepare clear technical explanations and responses.
- Guide customers during implementation and day-to-day use, then relay their feedback to the internal team.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, onsite demonstrations, and customer meetings around the world.
- Work closely with sales, research and development, and service teams to ensure strong customer support.
Required Profile
- Practical background in non-destructive testing is required; experience in radiography is a significant plus.
- Strong spoken English is essential for daily interaction with international clients and partners.
- Good understanding of digital radiography, radiographic image review, image quality checks, and defect identification.
- Ready to travel often, including to international destinations.
- Able to work longer or irregular hours to match different time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- NDT/RT certification at ISO 9712 level or an equivalent standard.
- Knowledge of standards such as ISO, ASME, and EN.
- Previous exposure to technical sales support or work with international customers.
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages.
