Role Overview

The company is looking for a Technical Content Writer / Content Developer who can turn complex engineering and product information into polished, easy-to-use documentation for B2B audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear technical content for datasheets, installation guides, quick-start manuals, and product catalogs.
• Translate engineering specifications and internal product details into documentation that is professional, accurate, and easy to understand.
• Work closely with product engineers, marketing stakeholders, and designers to keep all materials technically correct and consistent.
• Preserve the right tone, layout, and structure for technical business-to-business communication.
• Follow applicable documentation practices and company/client brand requirements.
• Revise content whenever product features, specifications, or supporting details change.
• Support the creation of case studies, technical articles, and whitepapers when required.

Desired Skills and Profile

• Sound understanding of technical writing methods and the ability to present complex information in a structured way.
• Hands-on familiarity with document types such as datasheets, operation and maintenance manuals, catalogs, and SOPs.
• Strong English writing and editing ability with accuracy and clarity.
• Comfort using Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and formatting tools; experience with Adobe InDesign, FrameMaker, or MadCap Flare is an added advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and product specifications is highly valuable.
• Exposure to instrumentation and measurement products such as pressure, flow, and level systems is preferred.
• Understanding of API, ISO, or similar documentation standards is a plus.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.

This role is based in Pune and is intended for candidates who can work from the specified office location.
