Technical Content Specialist - Contract - Auckland

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Content Specialist on a contractual basis in Auckland to enhance omni-channel experiences by crafting and implementing content strategies tailored for both B2B and B2C audiences. This role demands proficiency in managing content across various digital platforms, ensuring consistency, engagement, and brand compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies across multiple channels, focusing on both business and consumer markets, to maintain a unified and engaging brand message.
• Build and publish web content using Salesforce and Figma platforms.
• Handle content deployment through CMS and other approved platforms including Salesforce, supporting web, app, and electronic direct mail (EDM) channels.
• Update content aligned with campaigns, categories, and promotional events while rigorously meeting deadlines.
• Perform quality assurance to validate content accuracy, visual presentation, and accessibility before public release, collaborating closely with Category Management.
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce operations and campaign schedules.
• Support creative processes through tools like Figma or other approved design software.
• Maintain taxonomy structures, navigation flow, and integrity of product content.
• Collaborate effectively with Trade, UX, Product, and Marketing teams to adhere to content delivery timelines.
• Liaise with technical teams to facilitate content publishing and updates.
• Facilitate ongoing refinement of content workflows and template development.
• Create and sustain reusable templates and components for efficient content management.
• Identify potential automation within CMS processes to enhance efficiency.
• Manage content release coordination across web, app, and marketing campaigns.
• Provide support for quick content corrections and fallback options post-deployment.
• Validate content for accessibility standards and brand consistency during pre-launch checks.
• Ensure strict compliance with CMS guidelines, governance, and publishing protocols.
• Drive the enhancement of content tools, templates, and platform functionalities.
• Monitor and optimize content performance continually.

Contract Duration

This contract position is initially for 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
