Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Team Member to join our Greggs outlet at Woolley Edge Services, M1, Wakefield. This part-time role involves providing outstanding customer service while preparing and serving Greggs' popular products such as sausage rolls and baked goods.
Working Hours and Location
This role requires approximately 14 hours per week with shifts scheduled between 4:00 AM and 8:30 PM. The workplace is situated at Woolley Edge Services, M1, Wakefield WF4 4LQ.

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting customers and providing excellent service.
- Efficiently processing customer orders and requests.
- Producing hot foods, baked items, and beverages throughout the day.
- Maintaining brand standards to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Resolving customer enquiries and issues with a customer-focused approach.
- Restocking displays to ensure products are readily available.
- Keeping the work area and store clean and inviting.
- Collaborating with colleagues to foster teamwork and a positive culture.
- Creating a memorable experience for customers that encourages repeat visits.
- Preparing the store and kitchen for the following day’s operations.
