Team Leader - HR with RCM Knowledge Advantage

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive HR Leader to oversee and drive our recruitment consultancy operations. The successful candidate will manage comprehensive recruitment processes, lead and coordinate the HR team, engage with clients effectively, and contribute to expanding business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations within the organization.
• Manage and guide the HR team to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain efficient coordination and communication with clients.
• Support initiatives aimed at business expansion and client acquisition.

Candidate Profile

• Experience or familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including Accounts Receivable and Medical Coding, is preferred and considered beneficial.
• Exposure to bulk or international BPO hiring processes is an advantage.
• Any graduate level education qualification is required.
