This role demands strong investigative abilities, market insight, and compelling communication skills aimed at securing responses from senior executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and talent mapping to pinpoint top candidates for specialized technical and leadership positions such as CEOs, CTOs, and CMOs in emerging ventures.
• Develop tailored and highly engaging outreach strategies to captivate passive, elite talent, avoiding generic messaging.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with passive candidates and executive profiles, maintaining a warm talent pipeline for future company ventures and projects.
• Analyze sourcing data including response rates and channel performance, providing insights to recruiters and founders to refine recruitment tactics.
• Continuously enhance sourcing techniques utilizing tools like advanced Boolean search, OSINT methods, social sourcing, and AI-driven scraping technologies.

Candidate Profile

• Proven expertise in talent sourcing with a history of successfully identifying senior technology and executive personas.
• Advanced proficiency in sourcing platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, GitHub, StackOverflow, and other digital communities.
• Demonstrates high initiative and creativity in overcoming sourcing challenges through alternative search methods and contacts.
• Strong professional communication skills capable of engaging confidently with C-level executives.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Polish is also required for effective written and verbal communication.
