Role Overview
Join as a System Administrator responsible for managing and optimizing the company's digital resources and technology infrastructure. Your principal focus will be total ownership of the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) system, ensuring its peak performance and integration with supporting modules like Quality Assurance, Reporting/Analytics, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Security. This role is strategic and backend-focused, centering on IT auditing, software stack management, and high-level project execution rather than daily tech support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and enhance the CCaaS infrastructure with all ancillary components working seamlessly.
- Continuously audit the technology stack to maximize usage and remove redundant software, reducing unnecessary costs.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive framework for enterprise tools, guaranteeing efficient deployment and operation throughout the organization.
- Create detailed use-case proposals for new tools and effectively communicate their benefits to executive leadership for swift decision-making.
- Manage all software vendor contract reviews, preparing them for approval by the CEO.
- Establish and document staff tool onboarding processes, alongside training tech support teams and operations leadership to manage frontline support.
- Produce regular audit reports on software usage to ensure costly licenses are assigned only to active users.
- Operate independently, overseeing project lifecycles without requiring micromanagement or frequent communication with non-executive staff.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Over 3 years of extensive experience in systems administration, IT auditing, or software stack management.
- Specialized knowledge in configuring and optimizing enterprise CCaaS platforms and related modules.
- Proven capability in managing software lifecycle including ROI analysis, deployment, and optimization.
- A highly independent professional able to deliver complex projects without supervision.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrates strong ethics, professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
- Skilled in analyzing software usage data and managing licensing efficiently.
- Adaptable to shifting business priorities and scalable operational procedures.
- Accuracy and meticulousness in contract management and user access control.
- Trustworthy with confidential company information and strategic plans.
- Up-to-date with current leading enterprise technologies and tools.
- Excellent time management, organizational abilities, analytical problem-solving, and presentation skills.
