Job description

About the Position

This role offers a secure and stable employment with opportunities for both professional and personal growth through regular training sessions. Primary Responsibilities

  • Independently conducting administrative procedures related to civil status matters, residence registration and verification, personal documents, and other administrative tasks of similar complexity.
  • Direct communication with clients, providing advice, accepting applications, and resolving issues compliant with applicable laws.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualifications include specialized post-secondary education or higher professional/university education under the Bologna system.
  • At least 7 months of relevant work experience.
  • Mandatory training for official rank appointment.
  • Passed professional examination in administrative procedure at the second level.
  • Knowledge of the official language.
  • Slovenian citizenship is required.
  • No final conviction exceeding six months imprisonment for intentional offenses prosecuted ex officio.
  • No pending indictments for intentional offenses prosecuted ex officio.

Selection Procedure

Eligible candidates proceed through a multi-stage selection process including a written test covering state administration and local self-government knowledge, personal skills assessments, and possibly further written and oral examinations at the hiring authority. Candidates not advancing will receive notification.

Additional Information

  • Work experience includes duration spent on roles requiring the same educational level or one level lower as defined by Slovenian qualification frameworks, including internship periods.
  • Experience without formal employment contracts but of the same job complexity counts towards the requirement if appropriately documented.
  • Reduction of required experience by one third applies for candidates holding university or higher specialized degrees; one year less is granted for candidates with a legal state exam or judiciary exam.
  • Mandatory rank appointment training must be completed within one year of employment if not already obtained.
  • Professional examination in administrative procedures must be passed within six months of employment if not already completed.
