Role Overview
As a Supply Coordinator, you will oversee and support all supply chain activities within the fleet department, ensuring smooth management of vehicle-related supplies, spare parts, documentation, and vendor relations. Your efforts will guarantee efficient daily operations and timely resource availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise driver adherence to company standards including quality protocols, conduct guidelines, uniform use, hygiene, and delivery processes.
- Manage the procurement and distribution of fleet materials such as spare uniforms and accessories.
- Maintain precise inventory records to ensure availability aligns with operational demands.
- Oversee recovery and correct return procedures for company items from third-party logistics partners, including active follow-ups and escalation for non-compliance.
- Organize and conduct regular training sessions for drivers focused on behavior expectations, application use, and policy awareness to uphold consistent compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Business Intelligence, Customer Support, Vendor Operations, and Marketing to resolve challenges and optimize end-to-end service delivery.
- Compile and disseminate routine operational reports covering compliance, incidents, and key issues to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in supply chain or logistics coordination, ideally within a fleet or transportation setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and supply protocols.
- Competency in MS Office and ERP or inventory management software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
- Capability to multitask effectively and perform under pressure.
