Role Overview

The Supply Chain Manager is tasked with overseeing all supply chain operations to guarantee the punctual delivery of quality raw materials and finished goods from external suppliers, supporting production schedules and inventory targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cycle counts and annual inventory audits, promoting continuous enhancements in inventory and supply chain operations in collaboration with operations and warehousing teams.
  • Maintain independent demand forecasting models guiding supply chain plans, partake in budgeting, strategic planning, and setting organizational goals.
  • Generate routine inventory and vendor performance reports and provide analytical insights for leadership reviews based on sales trends and demand drivers.
  • Supervise and mentor staff in purchasing, production scheduling, and inventory control, serving as the expert in demand planning and forecasting for all products.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support current and future demand growth and business expansion.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • At least five years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, fulfillment, or distribution setting.
