Role Overview

The role of Supervisor Dark Stores is a full-time, onsite position located in Riyadh. This position oversees daily operations within assigned dark stores including last-mile logistics, inventory accuracy, order picking, packing, and dispatch processes to guarantee prompt and error-free order fulfillment and delivery. Responsibilities include managing and scheduling staff, performance monitoring, enforcing safety and quality standards, resolving logistical challenges, and streamlining operations to uphold Q-Commerce service standards. Additionally, the supervisor will track KPIs, produce operational performance reports, drive process enhancements, and support the deployment of new operational procedures and systems across the dark store network.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years’ experience working in warehouse, fulfillment centers, or dark store settings encompassing last-mile operations, inventory management, and order processing.
• Demonstrated leadership skills managing teams, shift scheduling, performance oversight, and employee training.
• Strong capabilities in operational planning and organization, adept at prioritizing tasks in dynamic, high-volume environments.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic languages.
• Competent in data management and reporting with ability to monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions based on operational analysis.
• Solid understanding of logistics and last-mile delivery, particularly within fast-moving e-commerce or Q-Commerce contexts.
• Commitment to ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality controls, and standard operating procedures within storage and fulfillment facilities.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with internal departments, merchants, and delivery partners.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software or digital operational tools; comfortable operating in tech-enabled environments.
• Preferred educational background includes diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in the e-commerce sector is mandatory.
