Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated Supervisors to join our Nando's team in Swords, County Dublin, Ireland. Supervisors act as the vital link between the management team and frontline staff, known as Nandocas, helping to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and gaining foundational knowledge to progress into Assistant Manager positions.
