About the Role
This position focuses on leading and inspiring your team to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and uphold Centra's core brand values: Pride, Energy, Imagination, and Community Orientation.
- Serve as an approachable leader who models positive behavior and fosters teamwork and a constructive workplace environment.
- Establish standards for staff in areas such as product rotation, merchandising, and product facing.
- Support employee onboarding, training, and ongoing development.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and in line with store policies.
- Adopt and promote innovative initiatives and new operational methodologies.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably a minimum of two years experience in customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate within a dynamic, fast-paced team environment while managing multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
- Organizational skills to delegate duties and assist team members efficiently.
