About the Role

IMDEX is hiring a Strategy Analyst to be the pivotal force in orchestrating the company's strategic planning process. Serving as a key partner to senior leadership, this role transforms strategic goals into practical, measurable actions, ensuring executive decisions are backed by thorough insights and analysis.

Responsibilities

Manage and drive the execution of IMDEX's strategic planning and performance management activities.
Prepare polished strategic analyses, comprehensive reports, presentations, and decision-support documents for executive and governance meetings.
Lead the development and facilitation of Quarterly Business Reviews and other strategic assessments.
Convert strategic goals into clear, measurable targets and monitor progress across initiatives.
Design and maintain effective reporting systems and performance dashboards aligned with strategic objectives.
Integrate strategic priorities closely with business performance, corporate financial modeling, and FP&A cycles.
Conduct detailed market, competitor, industry, and business performance research to guide strategic decisions.
Identify emerging risks, opportunities, and trends to propose actionable recommendations.
Collaborate closely with business leaders to align strategy with investment and execution priorities.
Continuously enhance strategic planning frameworks, governance structures, and operational rhythms.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a structured and analytical thinker with a knack for tackling complex business challenges. They possess a consulting-oriented mindset, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and excel at influencing decisions by leveraging data-driven insights.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Background in management consulting or strategic advisory roles.
Demonstrated expertise in corporate strategy, strategic planning, business transformation, or performance management.
Robust financial and commercial understanding, adept at connecting strategy with financial outcomes.
Experience crafting executive-level and board-quality presentations.
Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and meticulous attention to detail.
