Role and Responsibilities
- Perform thorough eye examinations to evaluate vision and identify customer needs.
- Advise customers on appropriate eyewear selections based on prescriptions and personal preferences.
- Ensure precise dispensing of eyewear products, offering knowledgeable guidance throughout the process.
- Enhance store sales by delivering outstanding customer service and demonstrating detailed product awareness.
- Uphold clinical protocols, complete necessary documentation, and oversee smooth store functioning.
