• Lead the team to prioritize customer service, team development, and achieving performance goals.
• Drive exceptional customer experiences while improving store results through precise leadership and superior operational standards.
• Apply commercial insight to identify sales opportunities and devise solutions that enhance both customer satisfaction and financial outcomes.
• Efficiently manage store workforce planning including scheduling and wage budgets to meet productivity and cost targets.
• Promote the Cotton On Group Foundation's initiatives and guide the team in contributing meaningfully to global philanthropic efforts.
